He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and has built hands-on experience spanning steel and power plants, manufacturing, aircraft engine engineering, supply chain, and IoT technology — giving him a systems-level perspective that few can match.

Today, Chandan channels that breadth of experience into the fields that matter most. As a Certified Carbon Management Leader (CCML™), with advanced certifications in CSRD and ESG Reporting, and as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and trainer, he bridges the gap between sustainability strategy and operational execution.

His approach is both rigorous and practical — grounded in data-driven analysis, shaped by decades of cross-functional leadership, and guided by a commitment to building a more sustainable future.

A Global Transformation specialist with over 30 years of experience across multiple industries. Trained as a rocket scientist at IIT Kharagpur, he began his career consulting for Aerospatiale, Snecma, Alstom, Cisi in France and the National Institute of Environmental Studies in Japan. He later expanded into IT, quality, supplier and supply chain management, and business management, working with Philips in India, Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.

In 2007, he founded KRIT Consulting in the Netherlands and later established KRIT Consulting Sàrl in Switzerland, leading complex transformation projects across Europe. His work spans IT and data transformation, building cross-functional global teams, regulatory compliance, and ERP-ESG implementation in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Spain, and Switzerland.

Sukrit holds a master’s degree in leadership from Antwerp Management School and brings deep expertise in data management, stakeholder alignment, and creating practical transformation programs for the ESG journey.

An Executive Director and certified expert in Sustainability, Environmental Management, and Energy Strategy, leveraging 12 years of specialized experience in oil & gas field and his background as a Chevening Scholar with an M.Sc. with Distinction in Global Energy Management.

He leads the delivery of our core services, including expert-driven Double Materiality Assessments to align strategy with global frameworks (GRI/ESRS) and managing complex CBAM Compliance by ensuring audit readiness. As an ISO 50001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, Mostafa specializes in implementing and optimizing Energy Management Systems (EnMS) to drive operational efficiency. He ensures robust GHG Accounting across all scopes (1, 2, & 3) in line with IPCC and the GHG Protocol, translating data into actionable Decarbonization Roadmaps for measurable positive impact and sustainable value creation
